Kiwican for Term 3!

Today at kiwi can we were focusing on resilience. Resilience means never give up. After we learnt about resilience we played up or down. To play up or down you will have to have a basket ball and four cones. Put the cones at each corners and the ball in the middle and we answered questions. It was lots of fun!

In Room 8 today, 9 of our students completed a reading on the "Holi Festival" and learnt all about what it is, why it is celebrated, and where it is usually celebrated.

Our Marvellous Medicine

Lately in class, during milk time, we have been reading "Georges Marvellous Medicine" by Roald Dahl. As part of our creative writing, we decided to write our own 'Marvellous Medicine recipe!'. The only rule was that it had to be a recipe that would do something good!

Biking and Buddy Time

Hi my name is Troy. I am in room 8, we did biking yesterday with our teacher Miss Morrison. Me and my friends were having races on the bikes. I was on the grey bike, the biggest one out of them.

On Wednesday room 8 was drinking milk ''until room 1 came in''. My brother is in room 1 Rylan I had a task to do. I draw the shapes and cut them out and Rylan tells me what to draw and he sticks it on to the blank paper. It was fun.
